Access Realm
Go to https://app.withrealm.com/auth/login and sign in using your company credentials.
Check the context
Check what context Realm can access from Browse knowledge in the sidebar. If no sources are connected, visit Data Sources to add them.
Run your first query
Use the Chat interface to call different agents. By default, the Realm Agent answers your questions using your connected sources.Formulate your question like you’d ask from your colleague:
- “A customer is asking if we connect to Planhat. Is that on our roadmap?”
- “How does our security approach compare to Acme?”
- “Which deals did we lose last quarter and what were the main reasons?”
Use the @ keybind to enhance your query
The
@ key is a universal shortcut in Realm that allows you to:- Switch agents: Type
@to choose from different AI models or custom agents. - Reference documents: Use
@to attach specific files or documents to your query for more context. - Access tools: Select specific tools and integrations to use in your request.
