You can import previously completed questionnaires to enrich your knowledge base. This allows Realm to learn from past answers and improves future AI suggestions. When you import an RFP, Realm stores each question and answer as a separate entry in the knowledge base. This makes it easier for Realm to find the right answer for a given question, which is why we recommend importing past RFPs instead of uploading them as files or storing them in Google Drive or SharePoint. It also makes citations more specific: Realm can reference a particular answer rather than an entire document.
1

Navigate to import

From the RFPs page, click Import past RFPs in the top-right corner. You can also do this from the Knowledge page.
2

Upload file

Upload your completed RFP file. Supported formats include .xls, .xlsx, .csv, .pdf, and .docx.
3

Processing

Realm parses the file and adds the questions and answers to your knowledge base under the RFPs source. These answers will then be available for AI when generating responses for future questionnaires.

Editing and excluding answers

After importing, you can manage individual answers in the knowledge base. Navigate to Knowledge and open the RFPs source to view imported entries. From there, you can edit an answer to correct or update it, or exclude it so it is no longer used by Realm when generating responses.
